Karriedale is the coolest and southernmost part of the Margaret River, and the wine proclaims that origin loud and clear with its tangy, zesty fruit driving it at high speed across the palate and into the long aftertaste. Its purity is quite exceptional. 96 points, James Halliday

It has a fair whack of struck match a la mode with a side of bacon, ripe grapefruit, melon, and spicy oak. It’s cool and flinty, grapefruit softened by almond, a light glycerol feel, zesty lime rind and a long flinty finish. Feel the fresh cool breeze of Southern Margaret River in your mouth. Very very good. 94 points, Gary Walsh, The Wine Front
